1. Definitions

HirerThe individual or business making the booking
Booking / ReservationAny confirmed service engagement with the Company
HireThe period during which the vehicle and chauffeur are engaged
VehicleAny chauffeur-driven vehicle supplied by the Company
ChauffeurThe assigned driver operating the vehicle
Booking FeeNon-refundable payment required to secure the reservation
BalanceTotal hire cost minus the Booking Fee
PartyAll passengers travelling with the Hirer
Hire ChargeTotal cost payable for the booking
Cancellation FeeFee applied if a booking is cancelled (see Cancellations)

2. Main Conditions

Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once approved by the Company via email, message or phone.

Booking Fee
A 30% non-refundable Booking Fee is required to secure any standard airport transfer reservation.
For special events (such as weddings or major functions), 100% upfront payment is required. If cancelled, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
(All previous “admin fees” have been removed as per company policy.)

Final Payment
The remaining Balance must be paid before the hire begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Overtime Charges
Extra time outside the agreed hire period will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Cancellations

For standard airport transfers:

No charge if cancelled more than 4 hours in advance during business hours.

If cancelled within 4 hours, a 30% charge applies (or full fare if the vehicle is already en route).

After hours: please call us directly.

For special events (e.g., weddings): 30% cancellation fee applies once confirmed.

No-Show Policy
If the Hirer fails to appear at the pickup location, this will be treated as a No-Show and the full booking charge applies.

Booking Changes
Any changes to the booking must be submitted in writing and may incur additional fees.

Hirer Responsibility for Details
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring all booking details (pickup time, address, passenger count, luggage, etc.) are correct.

Delays Caused by Hirer
The Company is not responsible for missed flights, connections, costs or delays caused by incorrect Hirer information or lateness.

Vehicle & Chauffeur Allocation
The Company reserves the right to change the allocated chauffeur or vehicle if required for operational reasons.

Damage or Cleaning Fees
The Hirer is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the party. Minimum cleaning fee $250.

Illegal Activity
Any illegal, abusive or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of service and no refund.

Traffic & Road Conditions
The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by weather, accidents, traffic or road closures.

Lost Items
The Company is not responsible for personal items lost or left in the vehicle.

Passenger Limits
Vehicles must not exceed legal passenger capacity. The chauffeur may refuse unsafe transport conditions.

Party Behaviour
The Hirer assumes responsibility for their passengers’ behaviour at all times.

Food Policy
Food and messy items are not permitted inside vehicles unless pre-approved.

Alcohol Policy for Minors
No alcohol is allowed in the vehicle for school formals or events involving minors.

Seatbelts & Child Safety
All passengers must wear seat belts. Child seats must be arranged in advance.

Doors & Safety
Chauffeurs may assist with opening doors for safety. Passengers should not open doors in traffic conditions.

Unruly Behaviour
The chauffeur has the right to end the trip if behaviour is abusive, threatening or unsafe.

Weather Conditions
No refunds or compensation apply for delays caused by adverse weather or road conditions.

Vehicle Features
Onboard features like screens, USB ports or lighting are complimentary and not guaranteed.

Equipment Faults
No compensation is offered for entertainment or equipment malfunctions.

Business Bookings
If the booking is made by a business or third party, they are fully responsible for payment and conduct.

Acceptance of Terms
Payment of a Booking Fee or confirmation in writing equals acceptance of these Terms.


3. Liability & Legal

Limits of Liability
While we always aim to deliver an excellent service, SkyLimos is not liable for any indirect loss, missed appointments, flight connections, business losses or events beyond our control.

Vehicle Substitution
If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or emergency circumstances, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided where available. If no alternative is available, a refund may apply only for the unused portion of service.

Breakdowns or Interruptions
In the rare case of a breakdown, we will make all reasonable efforts to assist with alternative transport, but no further compensation is provided.

Invoice Terms
All invoices must be settled by the due date stated.

Airport Transfers
We monitor flights where possible. However, delays caused by airline or airport issues remain the responsibility of the Hirer.

Conduct & Courtesy
Our chauffeurs are trained professionals. Abuse, aggression or harassment toward any SkyLimos staff will result in service cancellation without refund.

 

4. Payments & Fees

All major cards are accepted. Card payments may attract a small processing fee.

Bookings are secured only after the required Booking Fee payment.

Pricing excludes tolls, airport parking and waiting time unless specifically stated in the quotation.

Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time beyond the standard grace period or for last-minute route changes.


5. Cancellations

Standard Airport Transfers

  • Cancellation with more than 4 hours’ notice (business hours): no charge.

  • Cancellation within 4 hours: 30% fee applies.

  • Cancellation after vehicle dispatch or no-show: full fare charged.

  • After hours: please contact us directly.

Special Events (e.g., weddings, major functions)

  • Once confirmed and paid, bookings are 100% prepaid.

  • If cancelled, a 30% cancellation fee applies.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Changes
All changes are subject to driver and vehicle availability and must be approved by the Company in writing.


6. COVID-19 & Safety

SkyLimos follows professional hygiene and vehicle care standards.
Vehicles are cleaned regularly, and safety protocols may apply if required.
No refunds or compensation apply for cancellations or disruptions caused by sudden government restrictions or travel bans.


7. Privacy Policy Summary

SkyLimos respects your privacy.
We collect only the personal information necessary to complete your booking and deliver our service.
We do not sell, share or disclose your data to third parties except where required by law or essential for completing your service.
